Church of the Trinity is located at 7225 North Lockwood Ridge Road in Sarasota, about a mile north of Tallevast and about 3 miles north of University Parkway.

Lockwood Ridge is midway between US 41 (or Tamiami Trail) to the west) and I-75 to the east. Lockwood Ridge Road, which is 45th St north of SR 70, extends north to 26th.
